「I had a great stay! Everything was smooth and easy, from check-in to check-out. The host Jade was incredibly nice, quick to respond to any messages, and even checked in on me during some high winds to make sure everything was okay. The place was by far the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in, and everything looked brand new. The views were beautiful during the day, and at night you could see the stars. It was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. I would absolutely stay here again!」

「Not at all as to how it was advertised. Road access was very bad - miles of rough gravel, no ammenities, lost power at 8P (they are not on the grid), ants in unit (an uncountable amount of bites on my arms and have been scratching for a week!). Rich and Vicki are nice people but their resort needs serious improvement. Such a nice setting but run down roads, showers and site.」

「What a fantastic safari-like experience! The place was very tastefully done (think senior British officer's tent in 1800s) with all modern amenities (and wifi, if you dont want to unplug). Host Lauri was very communicative and easy to work with. We'll definitely be back when we have moree dayss.」

「We had a fabulous time in Idyllwild! The small-town vibe, the kindness of the locals, and the spectacular hikes did not disappoint. Our host, Heather, went above and beyond by upgrading us to a larger property because she thought the cabin we originally booked would be too tight for four people. We truly felt like VIPs in the main house. Everything was top-notch, beautifully kept, and felt incredibly homey. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless thanks to the keypad system. 「John's studio was perfect for mine and my fiance's last minute weekend get away to Idyllwild. The space looked just like the photos and was indeed very cozy as stated in the listing. It was modern, well decorated, and the kitchenette was stocked with cooking supplies. The location was so convenient to town, and the check in/out process was easy and straight forward. We would absolutely stay again when we return to Idyllwild!」

「Very pleased with this property overall. We left the Palm Desert to get out of the heat, mission accomplished! We noticed on the listing that the home was air conditioned and it die have 2 portable room air conditioners vented outside. It was extremely warm and a couple of box fans would have helped circulate the cool air. Other than that, we really enjoyed this property…highly recommend!」

「The esthetics and surrounding forest make this an ideal mountain get away! The property is clean and well appointed. The bed and furniture were comfortable. I was happily surprised to find a mini fridge and coffee maker. There is a working fireplace, which we took advantage of, as it was cool one evening. Good proximity to the Nature Center and downtown Idyllwild.」
