Very well appointed

We had our leaders retreat here. It was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. All the game options made it very condusive to work and play. It rained the whole time we were there so we unforunately didnt get to use the gorgeous outside area much but the interior was so spacious and fun we didnt get cabin fever.

The house was set up with great amenities and was spotless. We all felt very comfortable and enjoye

The home was very organized. It had several provisions for navigating both the home and the surrounding area. The home was very clean. It is so important not to feel like you are walking into someone else’s mess. The home was spotless. The beds we comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. . We very much enjoyed our stay.

Okay stay…

Property is a bit run down and was not super clean upon arrival…furnishings are NOT what you see in photos. Great room couches are foam with soiled slip covers with holes. Outdoor furniture not the same, no cushions for chaise lounges, no pool towels. Ice maker does not work. Service was responsive when door code was not setup correctly for us. NO cell service whatsoever…wifi only access. Pool was nice and beds were comfy. We enjoyed our time, but its definitely not the same as pictured.

WEDDING REHERSAL DINNER

EXCELLENT LOCATION, WELL KEPTED PROPERTY,BEAUTIFUL SETTING. ALL ISSUES WERE ADDRESSED IN A VERY PROMT MANNER. ONLY DRAWBACK...NO SPEAKER SYSTEM FOR MUSIC AND OUTDOOR LIGHTING /HEATING WAS WEAK. WOULD DIFINITELY RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION. THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY.

Great Property to Get Away

We rented this property for a week-long getaway during COVID - it was perfect! Totally remote, but not actually far from the main downtown of Temecula (we live in San Diego) - we were still able to get grocery and takeout delivered no problem. The entire area the house is in does not get cell service, so be aware of that - we did drive back out to the main road a few times for urgent calls, but mostly just used the WiFi (but had to use conferencing apps and/or iMessage, as we couldn't just make WiFi calls and there is no landland). The house was large and well-stocked. The pool was a dream, and there was plenty to keep all of us entertained and relaxed. We had 3 adults and 2 small children and we all left feeling happy and refreshed. We spent time walking around the vineyards and fruit groves, which my little ones really enjoyed. We swung on the tree swing, played pool, foosball and pingpong and most of all SWAM - the outdoor space is perfect. There are tons of bees and wasps around b/c of the fruit, but as long as you keep an eye out you'll be fine. We had a bit of an ant problem in the bathrooms when we first arrived, but I contacted the property manager and they sent out an exterminator that same day! Some of the house is starting to show signs of wear, but that's to be expected at most rental properties - especially one of this size. The management company was very responsive and proactive - no hidden fees, they list out everything and while the cleaning fee was high, I don't mind paying it to know the house was cleaned well in between guests - especially during a pandemic. Overall LOVED it and will definitely be back next time we need a quick getaway.

Family gathering

Enjoyed the home & the beautiful surroundings. The home was comfortable & appreciated the nice amenities & game activities for the group. The pool & spa could have used some TLC repairs. We had issues with heating of the pool & spa. But we managed to enjoy ourselves. I was very pleased with the prompt communication from management. Thenk you . Would love to come back.

The had a hard time heating the place as it was cold especially at night, it would reset temp to cold regularly Otherwise it was a nice place, no real contact with a human, made me give them some real Personal info and get there app????We had an ok tome there

Great Location for Large Group

Our group of 10 really enjoyed the house and amenities this property provided! The hosts were very responsive to our questions and messages throughout the stay and we couldn’t have asked for more. Would recommend this spot for a nice weekend get away in Temecula.

Beautiful Grapevine Home

The House is surrounded by Beautiful Grapevines and Fruit trees, The back yard has a nice garden with a beautiful swimming pool - BBQ gill and a fire pit. The interior rooms are very spacious and comfortable-fully equipped large kitchen. Easy to access and checkout. We'll be back! John

The outdoor lights were malfunctioning, there were ant trails in the master shower, and we faced noise issues with loud music playing until 1 AM last night. We had to contact the authorities five times! I won't be spending $5,000 for a four-night stay ant this location again.

Great for families

We got married in the area and had our entire family staying here. We had kids of all ages and felt like there was something for everyone. Lack of service was frustrating at times, and we had some hiccups with the garbage disposal and AC, but overall everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our family time! I wasn’t aware that the hot tub wasn’t heated upon arrival and we didn’t end up paying for that additional service. We wish it had been more obvious in the listing. We didn’t realize we would have to pay additional fees for heating the pool and hot tub. But it was still worth it.

A great family gathering at a wonderful property

We celebrated a mile stone birthday at this home. With 10 family members. The property was amazing. We only wished we had planned a little better for only two bathrooms. Good thing we are close family. It was a stay we will never forget.

Pool Days

Stayed here as a Palm Springs alternate because of the HEAT. Was a perfect mid-week get-away - house was well stocked, great poolside hanging out, comfortable rooms. AC in some of the bedrooms wasn't great would be the only negative. Old Town Temecula is a five minute-drive even though you are completely secluded at the house. Top-notch foody options!! Goat & Vine, The Local, and Small Barn, EAT Marketplace stand out!

House was ok but the booking was deceiving

The booking process was not smooth sailing. I found it extremely ridiculous that you have to pay $100 extra per night to heat up the jacuzzi. Jacuzzis are supposed to be hot so paying extra for something to perform the one function it is supposed to perform is non sense. Specially when you pay so much for the house. The sc in some of the bedrooms broke down the night before. This is Temecula in the Summer. The hosts did not let me know this information so that I could make an informed decision on whether or not to cancel ahead. Everyone spent one night without ac in the bedrooms. The second night they brought in portable ac units for only 2 out of the 5 bedrooms. They were apologetic but never offered to refund me for one of the nights or to throw in a complimentary warm jacuzzi. The house advertises as dog friendly but they charge a fee and a deposit. They told me that “excess hair” would be taken out of the deposit. My dog sheds. They told me my dog couldn’t go in the pool. In my opinion this place isn’t dog friendly so I left my dog at boarding. The house was pretty and clean. We had a good time but my experience as a consumer wasn’t great. These places need a little more transparency up front. Like they should specify dogs aren’t allowed in the pool if the dog is advertised as being “dog friendly”.

Family Gathering

The Villa was perfect for our small family gathering. It was equipped with everything we needed during our week stay. We truly made this place feel like home. Location was perfect, tucked away in the mountain but super close to all stores, grocery, shopping, entertainment…you name it and it was all within minutes of the property. Great for all ages to enjoy. One thing to note was the cleanliness of the outdoor furniture. We had to clean and wipe everything down before we could enjoy the space. Also the couch in the main living area was full of dust. I would recommend giving it a deep cleaning and using couch covers that can be easily removed and cleaned regularly.

Amazing Bachelorette.

The property was everything I wanted it to be. Only issue was the fly infestation in the master which was an odd scenario but was handled and easy to communicate with issues. Great stay, amazing property and sweet welcome gift. It was perfect.

A marvelous stay!

This beautiful property comfortably accommodated our large family. Quiet and scenic vistas abound. We were also pleasantly surprised, given its rural charm among fruit groves, by its proximity to town. Location (a short drive to the coast and Joshua Tree) was a definite plus. In all, a perfect venue for our family to have a fun and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

Great Stay!

The property was great! There were 12 people and there was plenty of space inside and out. The weather wasn't great with a thunder storm and power outage so the pool wasn't enjoyed as much as we'd hoped. But the house was well lit with emergency hallway lighting and plenty of flashlights in the closet. The house was also in a great location. Close to town but far enough away to feel like a vacation.
