Awesome Place

The perfect location for relaxation and wine tasting at vineyards all close to the property. We loved having coffee and a fire while watching balloons in the sky in the morning. I would definitely stay again and it is for sure a 5 star rating.

Great location and VRBO

The stay at the Mulberry villa could not have been better. The place was outfitted better the an VRBO we have stayed at. the location to the wineries was outstanding. Two you could walk to in 5 minutes and others close but a bit longer. We will stay here again and in fact we booked the two bedroom cottage already.

Our hosts literally thought of everything! This room surpassed my expectations. Expertly clean, super comfortable bedding, cool stone shower, robes, and a bottle of wine made for a special weekend in Temecula. It was complete worth it!

Beyond Expectations

This property was beyond our expectations! This was our first experience with VRBO and I was not sure what to expect. The Mulberry Villa that we stayed in was so peaceful and inviting I didn’t want to leave. Waking up to the air balloons literally over my head was amazing, they were so close that I was able to have a conversation with the people in the basket. My husband and I are already planning our next trip back.

Great location in wine country

This place is amazing! There are four villas and a cottage on this ranch property. The villa we had (the “Mulberry”) was a perfect size for my husband and I. Parking was gated and right next to our room. We had our own individual code for entry to the villa lobby and then to our room with contactless check in and check out. Our stay came with a guidebook that had all the information we needed for our stay, including access to great WiFi service. The room was immaculate and came with snacks, water, and coffee (Keurig and nespresso in the room). The shower was spa like and the bathroom was stocked with consumables like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and even makeup wipes. The property had plenty of space to walk around and hang out and even games to play. The owners were very responsive. The location was very close to many of the top wineries and so close to our hot air balloon launch site! I would highly recommend this property!
