The room was clean but overpowering smell of cleaning products. I tried to spray perfume and any other air fresheners I had but it did not work. We woke up to that same smell. There was a small couch that was disgustingly dirty. A couch cover would have been fine. It was so unsightly. Very friendly front desk service.

Mean staff, they kept my deposit when I chose this place because it says they are cat & dog-friendly however, it could not be farther than the truth! From the 2 times I called prior to booking being ASSURED they were pet-friendly - cats too, I told them I had 2 cats- service animals with papers (proof), they kept my deposit, stole my bank debit card. Charged several hundreds of dollars to my card before I could lock my card. I realized only a half hour later from my check out my csrd was missing from my wallet. They also stole $60 worth of my personal brand new belongings, charged my card with Mexican purchases outside of this country not once, but 6 times! I was lied to and told they didn’t clean my room yet, they did, they didn’t, what was the truth?! All I know is I was treated like crap from the moment I walked in handicapped/disabled till moment I checked out, lied to & robbed by them & their staff! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
