We had a wonderful time staying at Rochelle’s beautiful home. She was very responsive, helpful, accommodating and a joy to work with. Her home is nicely furnished and is great for entertaining or just hanging out. Spacious and homy. Our daughter was married in Temecula and Rochelle’s home accommodated our family beautifully. We definitely recommend this beautiful property and it’s magnificent views.

Beautiful Property and Great Location in Need of TLC
We stayed at this property for our daughter's wedding in Temecula in November. The property is beautiful and provides amazing views of Temecula and the hot air balloons. The location is also very good in proximity to most wineries. However, the property is VERY dated and is in need of major updates. During our stay we found a pest control problem; there were mice under the living room entertainment center that made a few appearances during our stay. Also, we encountered spiders throughout the house, especially in the downstair master bathroom; the shower area was dark with a high ceiling and there were multiple spiders near the ceiling with spider webs. My mother is elderly and can't go upstairs anymore, so we were excited that this property had two bedrooms downstairs, as this would allow us to provide her a bedroom to herself. Unfortunately, the bed in the downstairs bedroom was very high; the mattress was almost to my waist (and I'm not a short person) so there was no way that she could use that bed as getting her on and off was going to be dangerous. Apart from that the bedroom is fine, just be aware of this if you plan to use this bedroom for small children or adults with mobility difficulties. The owner is quick to respond and checked in on us after our first night to ensure we were good, which I thought was nice. I mentioned to her that we had issues with a few lights, and she said that light bulbs were an ongoing issue. Most likely because of how dated the property is

Absolutely stunning home
We were in town for our wedding weekend. We chose this home because it was spacious and we were able to have the rehearsal dinner on the property. I cannot say enough about the home. It is very large and we loved all of the amenities. The master sweet is fit for a queen! While we loved the home, the stunning view from the backyard is really the best part of the property. We had a magical rehearsal dinner in the backyard. I highly recommend this home!

Great Location but Structure Unsafe & Unsanitary
Part 1of4:This property is in a great location with great views, unfortunately the home is a safety hazard. We had spoken with the owner and agreed to allowing us to check-in at 09:00AM a few months back. The day we showed up the home was not ready and she told us that it would be ready after the wedding rehearsal at a local winery. We returned to the house after 11:40AM and no one was there. She gave us the code to get come in. The only reason why we did not leave is because we had no other choice. The wedding rehearsal was the same day of check-in, and the wedding the following day. After noticing the unclean, unsanitary and unsafe home, we looked for another place to stay, with no luck. So we decided as a group, to make the best of it and clean the areas that we would use, so we went to WalMart to purchase cleaning supplies. 1)The house has rats and mice, we have pictures/videos of dropping in kitchen and living room. The owner knows they have a rodent problem because they have “rodent plugin” in every room, which obviously don’t work. 2)The patio outside seems to be missing a pillar to support the patio. The same patio has at a few concrete pillars that are broken, one is halfway off its foundation & is coming apart, a few others are split in half from top to bottom, one of them is being held with a red bungee cord at the top and a strap on the bottom. This same large patio is connected with a few temporary straps to the home. 3)The refrigerator freezer was broken,

Fantastic property and property Managet
We were in Temecula for our daughters Wedding with family staying with us from New York, New Jersey, Florida and Arizona. Everyone loved the property and it made the Wedding extra special to be able to have family some whom we hadn’t seen in 17 years and old friends stay with us so we could really enjoy the time together being in the same place and such a Beautiful property. Rochelle was excellent and whenever I texted her with a question she responded immediately!! Would definitely recommend this property!!

Stunning Views!!
We stayed at this beautiful home in August. We used it for a rehearsal dinner one night and for the Bridal party hair and make up the day of the wedding. We had family stay with us the night of the wedding. This home was perfect for all of our needs. The views were stunning and provided gorgeous sunset pictures for the bride and groom at the rehearsal dinner. A very well equipped home with everything you need for your stay. The owner was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and needs during the stay. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again in the future.
