Incredible Luxury House

Incredible luxury home in small non-tourist Costa Rican town. Krain management has an amazing concierge service. The senorita appointmented the house cooked a delicious breakfast and took care of our every need. People were friendly and town seemed safe. Restaurants and grocery store a 5 min walk. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home steps from the beach

Multi family belated holiday trip. The online staff, specifically Melissa, were very helpful in the planning phases of our trip. Arrival and check in was quick and easy. The housekeeper, Amalia is an absolute gem! She took great care of us and made a delicious breakfast every morning. The home is beautiful and mostly well-appointed. One suggestion is to include hand soap at all the sinks. Our only "complaint" is that the pool and outdoor area was very dirty on our arrival and we had to request that it be cleaned. A professional cleaner came the very next day but never returned for the remainder of our 1 week trip. I would expect the pool to be attended at least every other day, given the high price point of the property.Recommend this amazing house on the less touristy side of Costa Rica.

Great location and house

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is close to many touristy spots without being super busy- we were often the only ones on the beach (though we also visited slight into the shoulder season). A market, clinic, pharmacy, and several restaurants are all within walking distance. Popular beaches, zip lining, nature preserves, animal sanctuaries, a marina, etc were all within 30 minutes. The house is well appointed and clean with plenty of space and a great balance of private and shared spaces. The AC units worked wonderfully, there is a free standing ice machine that kept our drinks cold, and the wifi worked well. Just for reference- two of the rooms are on the third level with a separate entrance off of the garage. This could be end up being great or difficult, depending on the make up of your party. This was our first time having cleaning and breakfast provided, and while there were some wonderful aspects of that service (breakfast and swept floors!), it's not likely one we would seek out in the future. Though she was great, we are a more private group and having an additional person in the house for 8 hours a day was not comfortable for everyone in our party. In the future we will be sure to ask for more detailed information, the house keeper's responsibilities and hours, etc.Paddle boards/ kayaks/ boogie boards would be a great addition to the house, as would quicker access to the chairs that are available! Overall a great stay.

Amazing Beach House

The house was perfect for our party of 17. It's a brand new house with private beach access and two pools that our whole crew enjoyed. Our experience wouldn't have been complete without the exceptional hospitality of our hosts. From the moment we made our reservation, they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was taken care of. There was also daily cleaning service and breakfast provided by the 2 housekeepers that were provided with the rental. Amalia cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. From the moment we arrived until the reluctant day of departure, every aspect of our experience surpassed expectations. There is also a green space near the pool that the kids enjoyed playing soccer on every day. The house also came with a tent, stand-up paddle boards, beach chairs and beach toys. The accommodations themselves were very impressive. With ample space to comfortably accommodate our group of 17 – a mix of teenagers and adults – the house struck the perfect balance between modern luxury and laid-back beach charm. The bedrooms were thoughtfully appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration and adventure. Meanwhile, the common areas, including the fully equipped kitchen and inviting living room, served as the heart of our gatherings, to create laughter and memories. The house is perfect for large parties and there is concierge service provided by the host to help with excursions anything else that maybe required.

Fantastic Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Villa Verde during the second week of March 2024. The house was brand new and did not disappoint. Our party included three families, 6 adults and 6 kids. The private beach access was a treat. For prospective renters, please note that the house has a separate "lock out" owner's suite, so be sure to confirm that you are booking the whole house when securing a reservation. Our concierge, Tony, was great, as were the two full-time housekeepers. We would certainly book this house again.
