「This Hamptin Inn Salem was amazing! The staff was always friendly- in the dining area, cleaning people, parking staff, and front desk. It was very quiet too. We would gighly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Salem.」

「Overall it was average, the room we were in did not have consistent air conditioning; tha cool would come on then off, Sheets and towels were grey from so many washings. Breakfast was advertised as deluxe continental with bagels and packaged danish, yogurt. Noisy with a group coming back after a party on Saturday night then fire alarm going off for 25 minutes at 1:45 am. No house keeping on weekends. 」

「Traveling to visit Salem was made easy by staying here at this hotel. My fiancé and I enjoyed our one week stay and we both loved the breakfast variety that they had to offer. The little omelettes with the bell peppers and the waffles were my absolute favorite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have a pricing issue because of a check in error, but it was fixed and I was refunded the excess amount fairly quickly. 「I like that's it's close to the stores and it's not too far from other touristic areas」

「For a no frills motel there is nothing to really complain about. They’re renovating and updating and that’s my favorite thing to see. Checked in to wood being stacked…end of day new seating area with chairs and lights for all to enjoy. Putting money into your business is always a plus even the little things like that. Done quickly and efficiently. 」
