“We were in town for our son to compete in a national football showcase at Paradise Coast, we didn’t need to find anything to do while in town because we enjoyed being at the house so much!! Everything we needed right there kids cooled off in the pool while we sat in shade on the beautiful lanai! Perfection ”

“Nice week-long stay in Naples! The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder. Two things……

“Quiet location”

“Very clean. Close enough to town. Nice lake walk. Could hear the neighbors through the walls a few times..thankfully that stopped early enough in the evening. Would recommend ”

“The host was very welcoming and available. We enjoyed our weekend stay here. This is a very modest 2 bedroom cottage with a vintage feel. Lots of fruit trees in the yard. We heard a rooster crowing occasionally. A pleasant place to stay, easy to find, very close to shops and restaurants. We brought our little dog and walked her along the quiet residential streets - we saw many people walking, bicycling, and kids playing outside in this multicultural neighborhood. Note for pet owners: The fence……

“Black Vanilla is EXCELLENT. Perfect for staying near East Naples Community Center for Pickleball play or Tournament. You can walk there! Close to Downtown, too. The Unit is Immaculate and has every amenity including a full kitchen. Beautifully detailed Unit. Super comfy beds. Great bathrooms and showers. Huge patio, and on a Lake, too. Priced great. LOVED IT and will be back.”
