“There was roachs in the room and the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear everything next door.”

“The hotel offers free parking and breakfast in the morning. They have a great coffee machine with the best coffee.”

“It was a clean and safe property. Staff was pleasant and I enjoyed my stay. Pool and jacuzzi were also clean.”

“There’s a big reason it’s cheap, whatever you do, spend the extra money and get a better hotel. We only stayed one night out of 4 before we left, baby woke up with bug bites all over his leg. I don’t think the place has had any money invested into it in 30 years. Beer bottles thrown everywhere in the planters right outside our door. I could go on for days, it was horrible. We left after the 1st night 10 minutes after 11, they refused to do a refund on 3 days. Then the lady that claimed to be a……

“The room looked clean but had a roach problem. We must have killed at least a dozen before we checked out. I told the staff about it but they seemed surprised at the news. There were dead ones smashed against the bathroom door also. I asked for more towels on our second day and they never came. Went back to the office and front desk was like they didn’t take any to you? I was said no, so she had me wait outside the laundry room till she got me some. We need to stay an extra day, but booked……

“Arrived early evening ... and the wifi was down so I had to wait 2 hours to check in. The only reason I got checked in after that long was that I asked if they can just do it manually as I was exhausted - and no one had thought of that! They did, yet no wifi until the next day after I left for work. But that's not all. The next day when I got to my room (evening time), there was a note stuck to the door (didn't get an email or a call or text, just a note) saying that the power would be out……

“Parking was excellent. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the first thing I saw when I came into the room was a Gatorade bottle behind the chair that had been overlooked by the cleaning staff. : ( I would still use Best Western again.”
