“The property is in the ideal location with everything you could possibly want in a hotel. Gym, pool, hydrotherapy, spa, bar, restaurant. Absolutely wonderful stay. I will stay here when I come back. ”

“When I booked the hotel with Expedia, I booked it on an all inclusive deal. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told I only had bed and breakfast. I tried to contact Expedia to rectify the situation but after many phone calls to their automated service, and using the chatbot service, I was told it didn’t recognise my booking number. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. I then asked how much it would cost me to upgrade to all inclusive, as this is what I wanted in the first place. So I……

“Amazing breakfast and dinner. Spotless! You can feel the hotel had its splendid times in the past with all good quality finishings of the room and jetted bath. The resort has many things for a family holiday including tennis court, small but good gym, kids club, big pool for families and all the entertainments for kids as well. I have to say it’s my first time seeing staff cleaning a plant leaf by leaf! The furnitures are old but they are spotless! The staff love their job and they do a good……

“Everything about the hotel speaks class and luxury, the view is breathtaking, the staff were helpful, we were given a glass of juice as we checked in. The breakfast is far better than anywhere I’ve stayed, the room was well maintained and I’d definitely be staying at Atlantis mirage next time I visit Tenerife. If you have a lot of activities planned within Tenerife I’d advise you to leave a day out to enjoy the amenities of the hotel.”
