「Excellent hotel. Staff are amazing. Plenty of choice in the buffet. Particularly enjoyed The Beach Club restaurant. Pools are heated and there’s always loads of sunbeds available. Pool towels are also provided. Enjoyed the evening entertainment and bar staff always walking around ready to fetch you drinks. 」

「You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible. We enjoyed sitting in the sun, we enjoyed breakfast and our room but anything app or service related ended up being met...
