「Incredible staff and amazing breakfast. Close to holiday world which was perfect. This is an older property so no fridge or microwave in room. But overall nice. Liked that there was an indoor and outdoor pool.」

「Keys to the room continuously did not work properly, there was construction inside the building, trash cans overflowing at breakfast, etc. The only positive thing I can say was the front desk young lady was wonderful and tried her absolute best to make everything as accommodating as possible.」

「The elevator (1 of2) was not working, the ice machine on my floor was out of order. Not at all what I expected from Hampton Inn.」

「Over all it was okay for a short stay but I would not stay there again. There was no one working the front desk when we got there around 10:30 pm. We had to call twice and wake the guy up. Also when we checked out, no one was around. For this reason I did not feel safe. The bed wasn’t bad but the room just didn’t feel very clean. It had hard floors that got very sticky by morning time with the air running. Air in the room was very cold.I am not complaining about that but I couldn't get it...

「It was the busy season for this location due to its being close to an amusement & water park. The weather had been rainy and hot, so the rooms felt damp and you had to leave the room air on higher cold to help offset the dampness. Thus the floors and everything felt damp & grimy…didn’t have an issue with my bed and the cleanliness of it or the bathroom area.」

「Our bathroom was not cleaned and there were still dirty towels that were hanging on the wall, the back of the door, and over the shower curtain rod. There was a used soap in the shower with a piece of trash from an unknown container. This also made us worried for the fact that there could have been a possibility of our sheets not being clean.」
