"The location of the hotel is perfect in the heart of the city. You can walk to Notre Dame, Louvre and Seine and take metro everywhere else. You should know that the rooms are European size- which means small and there is no fridge or microwave. The rooms are very clean and the staff is fantastic. I would definitely recommend it!"

"Everything appeared to be quite clean. There were other issues that were accommodated. We asked to change room because our first room was on the 5th floor and the elevator wouldn't go there. Because of a malfunction you had to go to the 4th or 6th floor. And due to construction the bar and restaurant were closed. So we asked for a small consession of included breakfast since we had not included breakfast in our reservation and they gave us that."

"Horrible experience. Within one hour of being there (we checked in at 10pm), there were ants all over the floor and spiders everywhere. We tried to reach someone who worked at the property and they were so unresponsive, the Expedia team got involved and helped us out by calling their management team. Finally someone came to our room and they sprayed a toxic fume to kill the bugs all over the place with us still in the room, we ran out coughing and unable to breathe. We ultimately decided to leave as all of the furniture and our luggage’s were sprayed with this toxic spray. The bottle indicated the room should be evacuated for minimum 4 hours and its 12am at this point so where were we supposed to sleep? The hotel did not have any other room available so we had to relocate and find another accommodation at 1am. The member at the hotel said they’d issue a refund and agreed they made a mistake with spraying the room with the toxic spray. Only for the next day, they declined issuing us a refund. Absolutely horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here even to my worst enemy."

"The staff were indifferent to any concerns we had. The room was small and hot and we were told the air conditioning will not be turned on till May 10th, basing our comfort on a date rather than the actual weather conditions. We had to sleep with the window wide open so we were constantly awoken by noise from the other rooms, the street and the hall way. The stair wells are narrow and scary to navigate and I’m not sure this property would pass a fire safety inspection by North American standards. The shower stall was so small you couldn’t turn around easily and the shower head kept sliding down to chest height. This place is not worth the budget pricing. "

"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "

"Miscommunication about soft cleaning with room, ended up not getting any cleaning at all despite two requests during a four night stay. However we received clean towels upon request per night. Location is convenient and not a noisy area."

"Near Metro station. Spacious rooms. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Did not use dining facilities or parking. Next to Turkish 'town' - lots of good food. There is a weekend market, don't miss it if it fits in your schedule."

"Location is excellent. A short walk to Nation Metro station with many trains going thru. Not that far from Gare de Lyon train station either. You can take a direct bus (60 mins) or Metro (30 mins) to the Tower. Place de la Bastille, a lovely square with many shops and restaurants, is just a few bus stops away. Our room has a separate bedroom plus a mini stove top, microwave, utensils and a pan for cooking, which is quite nice. Facing the charming little inside courtyard, we didn't hear street noise. Hot breakfast is adequate. Overall a lovely stay"
