“The apartment was great - location was close to a lot of sights, it was very clean, there were plenty of amenities (sheets, pillows, dishwasher detergent, washer fluid, etc.), Netflix, beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were awesome, the workout facility was top notch, my boys loved the bball court, honestly the ONLY reason this is not a 10 is the weekend noise, there are clubs in the area so between 2-5am was noisy, with cars racing up and down, fire/police trucks, etc. My husband was……

“Laundry machine was not functioning -- and that mattered to me on this trip. They did not alert me to this fact ahead of time, nor, of this writing, have they offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Also their check-in process was painful -- even after filling out their form/downloading their app, it was not in the system so I had to call to get it fixed. All of that said -- the space/place is very nice and maybe others will not face the same difficulties I did.”

“Front female office staff was rude and uninviting. Did not want to help or give instructions when checking in. Room was just okay. Elevators are extremely slow. Nice having a little kitchen and refrigerator with ice maker. Overall it worked out. Would probably not stay in this room again.”
