“Donde nos estacionamos hay un árbol de ciruela y amaneció muy manchado por toda la fruta que cae del árbol, nuestro carro; andadores y áreas exteriores están llenos de fruta caída del árbol y está resbaloso y con muchos mosquitos.
La habitación bien.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tuna! The property and rooms were beautiful and tranquil, immaculate, and perfect for our five days in Coyoacan. Everywhere we wanted to go was within minutes and there were plenty of great coffee shops and cute places to shop on our street.
Aurelio was an absolute gem and helped us navigate anywhere we wanted to go as well. It was so convenient to have breakfast on-site to start our days, too.”

“The property is lovely as are the staff. Very kind and helpful.
Housekeeping was disappointing. A wonderful wine cooler, but no cork screw opener. Dirty wine glasses sat in the room for days before they were removed and never replaced with clean glasses.
The email provided serves one purpose - the initial contact with management. After that, there is NO communication, which was extraordinarily frustrating. We finally learned to communicate via Whatsapp and had helpful staff. This needs to……
