It was my first time in Big Bend. The Jail room was really nice and clean. Cantina was great and had everything needed to prepare a meal. The scenery was stunning. The little village was really cute. No problems getting there. Great directions.Thank you, Sis! We enjoyed our stay!

The room was very clean and attractive overall. However the mattress seemed old and was not comfortable to sleep on. Air conditioning worked well, but no Kleenex or hair conditioner provided. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast foods and condiments, and had all the utensils needed for food preparation. The western town theme was well done, and the surrounding area was stunning with various rock formations, views of mountains and a valley. I did not get a response when I texted the management about having a change in plans, and leaving a day earlier.

We absolutely loved this place! I wish our stay had been longer. It appears to be completely off grid which I applaud their ability to give me all the comfort of staying in a hotel. The rooms are cute and I love how individual each one is. The surrounding beauty of the desert mountains is spectacular. The road in was a little rough but we have 4 wheel drive but didn't need it to get in but it was nice to have.

Unique and geographically beautiful

My partner and I loved our short stay at Ten Bits Ranch. The location is really amazing (in close proximity to the canal) and the ranch itself is beautifully designed, met all of our needs, and was very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Great Big Bend stay

We arrived late and left early, but our short time here was great. It was very clean and easy to find with google maps. It was a little tricky finding our building in the dark but the stars are amazing!

The secluded ranch was a perfect mix of privacy and proximity to restaurants/ parks of you are looking for solitude in a scenic setting. The facilities were much nicer than expected, resuscitationcompared to others we drove past.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was peaceful and quiet. Check-in and check-out were super easy! Room had everything we needed and although we didnt really use it, the cantina had all the conveniences of home. Loved the trail and cave view. Its a rough road getting here, but totally worth it! Loved sunset views as well. Great stay while visiting Big Bend National Park.

Breathtaking

We loved that it was off the grind and only about a 30 minute drive to the entrance of Big Bend National Park. The property felt like you were in a small town community away from the world. Loved the western rustic feel of the community and room that we stayed in. We will be back again for sure. But this time with our adult children for a family adventure. Book it now!

Amazing Big Bend Stay

Loved this place. It’s incredibly safe and cozy for being off grid. I was a bit nervous being off grid, but this property has other guests that stay in their own buildings… it felt like a little village. The room itself was so comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed. There were TONS of stars at night and stunning sunrises in the morning. Could not recommend more. We will be back.

Nice place

I enjoyed the room. It was clean, plenty of towels, etc. The a/c was terrific. The bed was comfortable. While the location was wonderful for being close to Big Bend and seeing the stars. It was too far out to go back into Terlingua to eat once I got back from hiking and got cleaned up. I made a lot of use of the in-room microwave and refrigerator. Worked great.

Secluded and Beautiful

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ten Bits Ranch. Everything was easy from check in through checkout. I thought this place might be gimicky at first glance but I was very wrong. The theme in our room and overall of the ranch was great. Our room was well stocked, it was clean, and the king size bed was comfortable after a long day of driving, hiking, and exploring. We will be back.

Overall, we had a really nice stay! The room was big. The bed was comfortable. The general grounds were really neat. We enjoyed walking around and looking at the other rooms. There were some rather loud guests hanging out on their porch many rooms away which was a little annoying but the rooms itself were pretty soundproof/quiet. You couldn’t really hear noise from other rooms/outside when you were in your room. We had two small issues. One, the towels were wet when we checked in and had hairs on them so I’m not sure if they just didn’t fully dry or if we were given dirty towels. We also had an issue with a scorpion in the room. I know it’s Texas and scorpions are native to the area but if you’re ready this, just come prepared! Luckily we had hairspray to kill it as it was in the corner of the mirror and couldn’t step on it. We were wishing we had brought lavender or something! Overall, we would stay here again.
