Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"This house is perfect for staying with friends and family. The views are beautiful and the house is very well maintained and kitchen well stocked with all equipment required. The cupboard to help yourself to if you’d forgotten any essentials was a really lovely touch. Tracy and Francesco could not have been more accommodating in answering questions and checking in with us whilst we stayed. We cannot recommend this house more - a really great place to stay."

"we all loved the property. It was just what we wanted an authentic Italian farmhouse to relax and refresh in. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. "Sandra, the host who manages the property is so friendly and welcoming. There are groups of apartments around a courtyard each with a kitchen. Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! There is also a panaramic function room by the pool, which would be excellent for any gathering. More details on their website."

"A wonderful escape, especially after 5 activity filled days and nights in a hot and crowded Rome. The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, perfect sunsets and, yes, we had donkeys, sheep and deer for neighbors. The house is spacious and comfortable, uniquely furnished with works by Orvieto Craftsmen and murals featuring the gardens and the donkeys. We were 11, ranging in age from 4 to 78 and took full advantage of the amazing pool complex, including hot tub, sauna and misting showers....

"We spent a magical week with our family of 16 at Il Belpoggio Su Todi, enjoying the spacious homes and large rooms with their wonderful views.The shared spaces are comfortable and roomy.The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare excellent meals for the family.We loved sitting outside, soaking in the scenery, and refreshing ourselves in the beautiful pool.Although we had planned many excursions, it was so pleasant at the house that we spent most of our time there.The trip to the city for shopping was easy, with a wide selection available.Federico was attentive and kind, meeting us upon arrival and helping with any questions, including making restaurant reservations.We highly recommend this place."
