“The place was completely unsanitary didn't look like it was clean there was panties used panties in the top of one of the nightstands then microwave was covered in melted some substance it was just all around a terrible State the place smelled like dog urine and we in the roaches there was so many roaches they even got in my bags and into my car”

“This place was probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. First of all my check in was at 3. I got there at 2:45 and they said my room wouldn't probably be done until after 4 which ruined my work route and plans for morgan wallen concert entry time. They wouldn't even allow me to use a public rest room so I had to go offsite to use one even though I should have been able to use my own at 3. The place was disgusting. I have pictures. You get what you pay for.”

“The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.”

“Room was clean and things were fine, but just fine. The check in staff were ok, but not terribly welcoming or friendly. The room decor is very minimalist and sparse if that’s your vibe, but we knew that from the photos. We were put in a room in the 2nd floor facing the street. The car and motorcycle noise was so loud and continuous, practically unbearable until 10:30 at night. I assume rooms on the higher floors are better, but I had to request earplugs in order to sleep. We had a last minute……

“This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show.”

“Room smelled of an animal (evidently this ES does not block rooms for non-pet clients! Staff was slow and one of the two had an attitude… (so much for being a Hilton Honors Member) View out my room (3rd floor) was a dumpy construction site. Never stay at this location again - Westin is by far a better, classic hotel worth the extra money!!! R”

“Cute, comfortable, cozy, clean and so close to Main St, stores, trail, great restaurants and beautiful Reedy Falls Bridge and park. Just a great place with everything fresh for bfast and snacks. We loved the Swamp Rabbit Inn!”

“Rooms were nice and clean, they wanted to charge us a $25 fee to check in early. Never heard of that.”

“I was not informed of the construction when I made my reservation. Main entrance was closed. There was a small side door marked temporary entrance on the side of the building and the front desk was out of a hotel room. My room was renovated and clean however my window was covered in plastic on the outside and the pool was closed. They said they would give IHG points to comp and didn't.”
