“The house was perfect for 6 of us! The two bedrooms downstairs were ideal for adult children. The kitchen was amazing along with breakfast nook and living room. It was a perfect location to walk just a few minutes to the beach. The patio was great for morning coffee and the outdoors spaces were perfect for gatherings. “There was plenty of room. The pictures make it look much better than it actually is. Bedding was clean, but couch had a lot of stains. For a cabin at the beach, I was not bothered by this. This is not a fancy high-end place to stay, but it was comfortable and convenient. The only problem was that the porch needs some serious upgrading. A child could easily fall through the spindles that need to be reattached to the porch. One person in my party stepped on a nail that was coming up from the……

There was no linen anywhere not even a dish towel. I had to clean each room, refrigerator, killed a roach & swept up dead roaches before we could do anything. “The property is clean but the pictures aren’t exactly true since it doesn’t show the circular staircase in the middle of the living room and kitchen to access the upstairs. These stairs are impossible to navigate if you have a disability or if you are older. I think this needs to be disclosed before someone books the property. Also the air conditioning in the home was having a hard time cooling due to the afternoon sun coming through windows by the ceiling that did not have tinting or some type……
