Terre Bleu Lavender Farm

Beautiful hotel. Room was huge and space very open and spotless. Felt like a private oasis with the floor to ceiling windows. Bed was so comfortable, I have trouble sleeping normally but slept wonderfully here. Location was ideal. Close to everything but on a quiet street and unlike other hotels downtown we heard zero street noise. Honestly our favorite stay ever in Toronto

Location was perfect near all major tourist spots, breakfast buffet was a good spread with variety. Staff was great, rooms are small and can get noisy.

We like this hotel, but there are few things that were not the greatest this visit. Staff was polite. The lobby is very nice, and access to the PATH is good. The bathroom floor looked dirty this stay and we ran out of toilet paper in the room, so it was poorly stocked. Two consecutive phone calls came through on the in-room phone, waking everyone after a late night. The calls were obviously put through to the wrong room, with the person on the other end saying only ‘sorry’ and hanging up each time. A short while after that, someone from housekeeping entered the room without knocking, while we were still not out of pyjamas, and not even close to leaving, probably about 9 am. Beyond these things, the parking is not meeting our needs. We had to bring an alternate vehicle to avoid having to use off-site parking.
