“Stayed here for our April Crete marathon/10K PROS Wonderful staff Great breakfast Clean room with Nespresso coffee machine. Within walking distance of the Venetian harbor, many excellent restaurants. Arranged breakfast in-room for morning of race and next day early departure. About 8 minute walk to the KTEL bus station CONs: None. ”

“Stayed here for 3 nights on arrival to Crete and was so pleasantly surprised to find this gem just outside of the main city with free underground parking, an enormous breakfast brought to your room each morning, spotless accommodations, menu with more than enough options, a spa with excellent service (Maria was the most pleasant and professional masseuse), comfortable beds and views along with staff always happy and helpful. This boutique hotel should set an example for all! Would recommend……

“Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……

“Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!”

“The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. ”

“Firstly the location .. right on the Venetian harbour.. close to everything! The room was beautiful- spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh. The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly! Two minor things for balance .. it was a little noisy in the evenings .. some of the bars were playing music until after midnight and the sound proofing was not the best. Secondly, to not offer top up of……
