Nestled on the ground floor of a building, this private accommodation combines comfort and conviviality, perfect for a stay with family, friends, or in a professional setting. With its three large bedrooms equipped with comfortable double beds, everyone can enjoy their own space while sharing quality moments together.
Just a 5-minute walk from the Geric shopping center, you’ll have easy access to shops, restaurants, and services. Thionville train station is less than 10 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by public transport, while Metz and Luxembourg can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. A bus stop is right next door, and the calm, pleasant neighborhood allows you to get around easily on foot or by public transport.

Le logement est conforme à sa description mais l’état général est un peu en dessous de l’annonce - vétusté de l’entrée du bâtiment
- tissus chaises et canapé pas très cleans
Mais emplacement super pour nous, literie et salle de bains très bon état.

War in Ordnung
Leider war die Küche nicht komplett ausgestattet, es war weder ein Topf vorhanden noch genügend Besteck. Da die Unterkunft für 6 Personen vermietet wird hätte ich das vorausgesetzt. Sehr schmutzig war es nicht aber sehr sauber auch nicht..zum Teil haben wir in den Betten Krümmel gefunden und mussten erstmal alles desinfizieren. Die Wände sind auch sehr hellhörig und man bekommt von den Nachbarn sehr viel mit. Alles in allem für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung aber nichts für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Nous revenons vers vous suite à notre séjour de 4 jours en famille dans l’un de vos logements le grand frontalier, séjour qui s’est malheureusement déroulé dans des conditions totalement inacceptables.
À notre arrivée, l’appartement était dans un état désastreux : extrêmement sale, mal entretenu, fenêtre et chasse d'eau cassée, avec une forte odeur persistante de cigarette et une isolation très insuffisante. Ces conditions ne correspondent en rien à un logement proposé à la location, a fortiori pour une famille avec enfant.
Par ailleurs, nous avions expressément demandé un lit parapluie avant notre venue. Cette demande avait été confirmée par Rock in Share, avec la garantie qu’un lit parapluie et un matelas seraient mis à disposition. Or, nous n’avons obtenu ce lit qu’au bout du deuxième jour, et sans matelas, ce qui est inadmissible.
L’intervention de la femme de ménage a également été très problématique : dans un premier temps, elle nous a affirmé que le ménage avait été fait, avant de reconnaître progressivement que de nombreux éléments avaient été “oubliés”, tout en précisant que certaines zones ne faisaient, selon elle, “pas partie de sa prestation” puis a quitté l'appartement sans le fermer. Ce manque de professionnalisme est inacceptable.
À notre départ, j’ai laissé l’appartement dans un état plus propre que celui dans lequel je l’ai trouvé, ce qui n’aurait jamais dû être nécessaire compte tenu des frais facturés.
