Not worry the cold weather, they have heater in the room. Fresh orange juice and coffee for breakfast. Beautiful blue city view at the roof top with breakfast. Staffs are very helpful. Especially thanks Yusfu, he is not just give me information about Blue city. He shared a lot of informations...
