「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「Location is unbeatable, the beach view from the room is beautiful. The amenities are great, lots of goodies in the room, and the food in the hotel’s restaurants was pretty good. The only thing I think can be improved are the pillows to sleep, they felt too thick which caused cervical pain to us every morning. The staff is great, especially the kids club staff members.」

Although reception isn't manned 24 hours, the staff were extremely helpful and kept us updated via WhatsApp when we needed to check in or to order taxis etc. The hotel was in a good location in the old town of Altea, close to the beach and restaurants.
