Pedro 6 - holiday home with pool in El Portet

Villa Pedro 6 is situated in a quiet street by El Portet in Moraira resort, within walking distance to the famous cove of El Portet and a few minutes walk to supermarket, bars, restaurants, near El Portet sandy beach. Moraira centre only 2 km away. The villa offers enclosed sun patios surrounding the private pool and is completed with full patio furniture, sun lounges and a barbecue, perfect for a fresco meal.

From the parking place steps lead up to the main villa, entrance to a large living area with sitting area and dining table, SAT+TV+DVD player, A/c unit and sea view through the pine trees. From here we access to the kitchen that leads to the spacious pool terrace and BBQ area with plenty of shadow for the hot summers and also very sunny for the cooler days.

The living area leads to two double bedrooms with twin beds and a third bedroom with a double bed, all 3 with A/C units, sharing a shower room. Utility room for the washing machine.

Fantastic time

Gorgeous location, peaceful surroundings, beautiful el portet beach a stroll away. Wonderful outside areas & pool, ample living space.

Property with huge potential.

Outdoor space is the highlight of this property. Indoors need investment to upgrade to decent standard. Sofa and chairs definitely need replaced. The actual house was clean, Loungers and windows were dirty. However, response from property agent was quick to resolve any issues we encountered.

Villa idéalement située

Villa très bien située à quelques pas de la petite plage familiale d'El Portet et à 15mn à pieds en suivant la route côtière du port de Moraira, de ses commerces et restaurants. La villa était très propre, décoration intérieure vieillotte et salle de bain rustique. La literie n'est pas très confortable.La piscine est à l'ombre en octobre mais il y a un très beau jardin avec une cour pour garer la voiture. Beaucoup de belles promenades à faire dans les environs. Le gestionnaire de cette Villa TURISOL est très réactif et à l'écoute des vacanciers. Dommage qu'Abritel ne nous informe pas que nous devons déjà laisser une empreinte carte bleue sur leur site et qu'ensuite nous devons payer directement TURISOL. On a l'impression de payer deux fois ! Il serait rassurant qu'Abritel communique sur le sujet au moment de la réservaiton. De très bonnes vacances passées dans cette villa.

Een heerlijke vakantie met kinderen en kleinkinderen aan de gezellige baai El Portet Moraira

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in San Pedro. Het sleutelkluisje werkte perfect! Er waren genoeg kamers, zodat de kleinkinderen een eigen kamer hadden. Het huis heeft een perfecte ligging tov het strand. Het huis zelf is gedateerd en ik miste een gezellige sfeer. Maar wij hebben alle dagen mooi weer gehad dus weinig binnen gezeten! Wat ik ook miste waren kruiden, afwasborstel etc. Er was werkelijk niets in het huis. We hebben alles aangeschaft en ook weer meegenomen omdat je niets mag laten staan. Bij een volgend bezoek houden we er rekening mee!

There was some confusion about this unit within the overall Pedro property; there was only 1 toilet, although 2 showers ( 1 being outside) . The sliding door on one of the bedrooms didn't function well. No mirrors in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Otherwise lovely property.
