Lovely villa in great location

Lovely clean villa in a secure location just a few minutes drive from town - great for a family trip. Will be returning!

Moraira in October/November

The property was as advertised. The outside space was exceptional. Inside was a little tired. We had 6 adults and a baby and there was plenty of space. The villa was a 15 minute walk into town and within 5 minutes walk of Aldi supermarket. Moraira is a beautiful town with lots of bars and restaurants.

Insect utopia!

Villa seems to be located in the heart of the mosquito breeding area. Should have realised this when on arrival the only thing left in villa from all previous renters was insect repellent and citronella candles (although no matches to light them with!). Due to a death in the family we only managed 2 days in the villa but that was enough. The pool was disgustingly dirty and every morning was full of dead creatures- mosquitoes, moths, spiders, flies of every description and even a gecko This rendered it totally unusable as skimmers/filters were so weak in flow strength Villa was poorly equipped with barely any pans to cook with. Everything from any previous occupants had been removed so a big shop would have been needed. Even down to drinking water Finally having to return home due to death in family after 1 day, the suppliers would not even consider a refund despite exceptional circumstances- will never be using this company nor Guzman Villas ever again. We rent villas 2-3 times per year and this without doubt is the worst experience ever. Caveat Emptor

El primer aspecto a valorar, es la gestión y el trato de Villas Guzman, fue inmejorable, siempre atentos y dando facilidades. Es el segundo verano que confiamos en ellos y repetiremos el próximo seguro. El segundo aspecto es la Villa, impecable, las fotos son actualizadas y narran con total veracidad el estado de la casa. La Villa está totalmente al día, actualizada en todos los aspectos y goza de una ubicación ideal. El verano que viene si está disponle repetiremos Villa.
