It was a short visit but I enjoyed the stay. The people were very friendly and the room was very nice.

Their doors don't work. At least the room I had locked my out multiple times. They had to open it with a crawbar one time. Missing chair in room, telephone, and a bathroom vent that sounded like a chainsaw. This is a $50 a night hotel, not $175

Hotel.com is not worth the money no more!

Well first hotel.com booked me a room that wasn’t available! Thankfully the staff at the hotel were super nice and found me a room!

Nice place to stop. Big, spacious room with a large refrigerator and microwave. Poor signage made it difficult to find in the dark. Friendly staff.

This property is very old, it’s a non smoking facility but it smells like cigarettes. The elevator was so jumpy and it had duck tape holding it together in places. The area where there were snacks was pitiful, it’s an extended stay and there’s hardly food and extras for people to purchase. Poor use of my money and I wish I knew about what it looked like before I stayed. Lesson learned

Really enjoyed the trip, good service nice room. Really liked the kitchen inside the room with dishwasher and all cooking and eating utensils needed, large fridge. Close to everything

The service and accommodations were great. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the cleaning staff was extremely loud in the morning.

This is probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed at in a very long time! TV has very limited viewing options, there was only a single dining table type chair to sit in (it was in very old loose condition). The beds, are hard planks, I could barely stand up after a long sleepless night my back hurt so bad! hope to never stay here again, I know the Candle Wood Suite name is a leader in the hotel world. Just wish I could get my money back! Oh well headed to Temple Tx.
