The front desk attendant left & I could not check in. I was informed he left the property by his friend in the lobby (who was very h!gh). I had to find another hotel room at 2am and it’s been 2 weeks Expedia the property have yet to resolve this and issue my refund. This place is trash 10/10 don’t recommend !

I went to check in, and couldn't find the staff. When he gave me the key, the room was atrocious. Beds were unmade. Bathroom was filthy, refrigerator was full of rotting food, and bugs. Front desk clerk got very defensive and rude. On top of it all, he refused to refund my money because of third-party reservation thru Expedia. Now, I'm stuck with over $700 in charges. If I could post pictures here, I would. That is not a hotel. It seemed to house transients and low income people. Expedia...this should not be advertised where travelers are looking for a nice, clean place to stay.

Stay away
According to several hotel apps this hotel had real good reviews. But when i arrived there were people outside smoking and i was told that no rooms available even thought i made reservations a week ago. And thats not all I was even charged for one night stay!!! Called hotels.com as well as the hotel for a refund but no one admits who charged my card....

Had originally booked a room with a king sized bed. When we showed up to check in, we were told they were over booked and there was only one room available, but had not been cleaned as no housekeeping was available. The clerk had us wait approximately 40 minutes so that he could clean the room. When we entered the room, there was only a double bed. Was a place to lay our head, but will not book again.

Waited for 20 minutes to check-in. Sime guy came out & said oh, let me get them. He walked around and looked for the front desk person & couldn’t find them. He called somebody & told me to give him just a minute they were on the way. Right outside the door people were smoking weed & a young lady kept walking in & out to the foyer in her night gown. She seemed confused. Nothing felt right about this place, so I left & got a room somewhere else.

First and last time I'll stay here. Booked online had to wait almost an hour to get room key and to top it off was given a room that was already occupied 😕 it finally was resolved and in a room.. One night stay only!

Great front desk experience. Room was clean with fresh linen. The area was quiet and parking was easy. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was also nice with many options.

Nasty Dirty
First off the employee was not at the desk when I arrived. Was more concerned about answering his personal calls. Even got up to go to the back to eat while checking me in. The elevator was nasty dirty as well as all the carpeting in the hallways. I reserved a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke there was even ashes on the table. The trash was not empty from the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the room. I had to go to the front desk to request toilet paper where I was informed they were out. I travel all over the country for work and this was absolutely the worst experience I have had in a hotel

Worst
Stay away. Stayed two nights and now I’m covered in bites. Fleas bed bugs something has it’s way with us. I would recommend a cleaner place in the area. Spend the extra ten a night.

They dint hold the reservation
We book our stay for 4 adults, so we had 2 rooms booked, we got there at 10:00 pm to check in to be told they only had 1 room with a single bed, so we had no place to stay and left.

Worst experience i’ve had in a very long time
I came in from dallas. Five hour drive for mine and my wife’s birthday carnival cruise to find out i couldn’t check in because check in was at 3pm. Hotels.com is suppose to be a platform i should be able to trust. Now is past 2am and i can’t find a room to stay nowhere around here because they are all sold out. I called hotels.com customer service and all i get is automated service. I called the hotel front desk and they said i lost my room because i did’t show up at 3pm even though i had paid for the room ahead of time. This is very frustrating and humiliating at this time in the morning. Looks like im going to end up sleeping in my car for the night. Thanks hotels.com for your awesome customer service and support.

Stayed here couple times and only one time was the room not clean and had hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Third time I went in had issues from working in heat and staff looked at me like I was crazy. I let them know I felt sick. Not sure if they were training someone or what but they continued to take their time so I told them I was going to get my things while they did the check in. I came back in with my things and they proceeded to help someone else, answered phone, etc etc and then got to me. I booked online and prepaid for my room. Responses from lady at the desk were very monotone and careless aka sarcastic. When I said I feel sick she said oh wow and made few other comments I said I feel like I'm going to throw up if it's going to take long can I wait in my car, again in a very she could care less monotone voice oooooh let me speed this up. Whole time the guy at the front desk with her looked at me as if something was wrong with me. I'm breathing heavy kept catching a sweat from feeling like I was gonna throw up seeing spots like I was gonna pass out and I was made to feel very uncomfortable and out of place. Anywhere I've ever worked we would have offered the person water or see if there was anything we could do, not make them feel out of place with awkward looks and a I could care less attitude or maybe that's just human decency.

What make this place so special is the young guys working there. The manager lady not so much but everyone else was fantastic. We were there for a week and hated leaving the staff they made our stay fantastic.

If you are on vacation and want an actual hotel with a lobby do NOT stay here. This is the only hotel I have ever been to without a lobby. I originally booked for 4 nights. After the second day i saw a roach, a man was in the hallway yelling on his phone and people were outside in lawn chairs partying in the parking lot. I left and went to an actual hotel.
