Ferienanlage Himmelberg Tahlfang / Hünsrück

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus, Abnutzungsspuren sind überall sichtbar. Positiv, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, auch alle Küchenutensilien funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Außenanlage lässt zu wünschen übrig, Grünschnittabfälle direkt neben der Sitzgelegenheit. In mitten der Ferienanlage ein seit Jahren leerstehendes Hotel mit Restaurant und eine heruntergekommene Minigolf und Tennisanlage. Sieht alles etwas heruntergekommen und verwahrlost aus. Sehr negativ sind mir auch die Nebenkosten aufgestoßen. Strom 0,45 € die kWh, Gas 6,0€ die Einheit und Wasser auch 6,0€ der qm.
