Was a great little place and perfect for the night. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the village but also has a shuttle service, although the walk is nice. I would recommend this location!

Place is spacious, clean, 3 mins from Blue Mt, plus there are 2 hot tubs! Easy in, easy out. There's a ski rental next door, which we didn't check out but is possibly cheaper than the resort.

Convenient, clean and cozy. Proximity to the mountain is great. Buildings are dated with popcorn ceilings, 80's appliances and thermostats. Mattresses are comfy, but need replacing as they sink heavily in the middle. Hot tubs were not worth the cold walk to find them. The icicles over the balconies are huge, thick an d dangerous, suggesting the roof tops need some serious attention, and noise is VERY easily transmitted between units. Economical and comfy for a short stay.

Very lovely experience, wish we could’ve stayed longer. My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays with our 8 month old. I only wish there were more comforters/blankets. The AC was super cold which was fine bc it was hot, but when It was hot it was HAWT. There was no in between.. the sheets were stained so luckily we brought our own. Everything is was fine, I would/will return just pls if anything buy new sheets and pillow covers

This is the 2nd unit I have stayed at in this community. This one was much cleaner and well maintained. Overall it was perfect for a few days of skiing and chilling at Blue Mountain. If you are a light sleeper or grouchy about people moving around this property is not for you. You can hear every footstep in the property upstairs. This didn't bother me at all. The only issues were either the people before me or someone nextdoor was frying with oil and I could have used a candle or incense to mask that. However like all smells once you sit in it for a bit it goes away. The only other issues is the hair dryer did.not work but I suspect if I had complained I would have got a new one. Otherwise it had everything I needed and more. The kitchen was really well appointed, it even had a cake server which I used :) Will definitely be back soon.

Entry instruction for key in lock box but obviously they do not use that for years. The key pad entry needs to key in code and follow by check mark.should revise your instruction. The property looks dated from the exterior. Patio screen door can’t shut. Only one window can be open but the turning device is barely working. Air conditioner, dish washer, bathroom fan and jacuzzi are functional but very noisy. Guess they are all original with the condo, 15-20 years young? And there is no condiments or cooking oil coffee or tea there, get to a quick trip to the groceries. Almost all cottage rental have them.

Perfect for what was needed and close to all the sights of the Village and Collingwood. Easy parking (during weekdays and off peak season). The bathroom light tends to flicker like a stroke light when on max so that could be checked. Maybe some tea bags would be nice touch to have but it was great!
