「When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. 「Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.」

「Loved our few days here, the apartment was sunny, warm and cosy. We enjoyed the stunning sunsets and drinks on the balcony and listening to the waves at night. So perfect!」

「We had a great time exploring Nelson bay. The hike up mount tomaree was breathtaking, local food was yummy, the shops were fun to browse through. Everything was an easy walking distance. The stay was incredibly rejuvenating and stress free. We loved the pool and spa, views were top notch, beds comfy and the house had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!」

「Very nice house, everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. Lots to do all local, great food, scenery places to swim. I only have one thing to mention which may not be known about, and that is the noise coming from the outside pump outside the second bedroom. The sound of gushing water being pumped every 15 to 20 minutes all night, it kept me awake. Maybe it can be covered with something sound proof or be turned off of a night.Otherwise 10 out of 10Thank you kind regards Sue, Jason...
