"The decor is beautiful in the lobby and common spaces, pool and restaurant were nice as well. However, the accommodations weren’t up to par with the price of the hotel. The lighting in the rooms was awful. We were on the 2nd floor and our room just had a dark window with an iron gate- no balcony even though there plenty of space so not sure why they put that there to not let natural light in. It felt like we were in a dungeon. Also took 3 phone calls and several Hours to bring up a steamer. Had to call multiple times because the shower drain was clogged and the room phone wasn’t working which still never got fixed. Furniture in the rooms felt very cheap and thrown together for the overall vibe of the hotel. Overall wasn’t impressed with the actual accommodations, just the decor in the common areas."
