"Location = Excellent! On the beach!
Updated and extremely clean. I always check out whether the corners have been cleaned and shelves dusted. This suite was immaculate! The mini fridge and microwave were new and in working order, the bed was amazingly comfortable and we had plenty of towels, etc., in the bathroom. Bathroom/floors/bed all new/recently updated. I even observed a staff member washing the railings outside = very impressive!
TV's great and plenty of channels. One in the bedroom and another in the living room.
Parking = we have a big van. Many of the spaces were a bit tight. If you return later in the evening, you will likely have to park a building away, across the street. That lot looks very big, but we didn't have to use it, so I don't know how it was at night. It was difficult to find a space in the evening.
Price = we went mid-June. Very reasonable for the time!!!!! Probably 1/3 of what the other places were charging.
Odor = our room was on the first floor. The building is built on piers. I don't know if it flooded underneath at one time, but that is what I suspect. Anyway, there was a mildew odor in the suite. No evidence of mildew anywhere, even in the bathroom, but there was that odor. That is the only reason I did not give Mariner's Inn & Suites the highest score."
