「Wonderful Layout, Great Beach Access, and Fantastic Host!We really enjoyed our time on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was very nice—it was a short, easy walk along the boardwalk right to the ocean. We were even lucky enough to be there while sea turtles were laying eggs and baby turtles were hatching, which we absolutely loved! The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—providing great support before booking, during our stay,...

「Basically comfortable and clean floors and bathrooms very clean. The kitchen can do with some cleaning cupboards and the walls could use some fresh paint. Host was quick to respond to questions which helped a lot. Thank you」

「Perfect spot for a quiet getaway. We loved our stay!」

「We enjoyed our stay at this villa and had a great trip to Seabrook! The villa was very clean, beds were comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed. The only negative would be that the couch and carpet/rugs were worn and could use an update, but otherwise it was a great find and value!」

「Would have like to give it a better review condo not bad overall communication although was horrible. First of no access to amenities till the next day then at the office she had no idea of us getting them then we were never told where the fob was for the pool until after we inquired about it. There was construction noise early am and all day this also was never disclosed upon renting. To make things worse the upstairs was young people maybe college age fighting with each other yelling and...

「We loved the condo…so attractive and convenient. This is the first time we have needed to contact the host and Michelle took good care of us.」

「This villa has everything you need for a beach get-away. Room was clean, close to shopping and restaraunts nearby, direct access to the beach」

「Friendly host and clean place」

「Cozy space close to the beach. Good food nearby and fun drinks by the pool or beach. A wonderful place to relax.」

「While communication with the host was fine, the description of the condo itself was not. The picture show a beautiful and well maintained area. It was not. There were holes in the floors and walls. Broken beds, door knobs and closet doors. When we arrived there was food in the fake plants and dead flies behind the small appliances. There were food crumbs in the silverware drawer and dirty pots/pans put away in the cabinet. In the pictures and the description given to me by the host, there was a...

「Great place for a fun beach week!」

「Don't book this expecting what the listing implies. It's titled for Night Heron Park and sells its proximity to it — and the pool is the park's main feature, the reason most people go there. Nowhere does the description say pool access isn't included. We'd stayed on Kiawah before and expected the access we had last time.Check-in instructions were supposed to arrive 3-5 days before our stay. They never came, so we asked the owner for them repeatedly, and only got them the morning of check-in while...

「Excellent unit with awesome view. Kitchen so well equipped. Comfortable beds. Host is outstanding and responds quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely book this unit again.」
