Overnight stay that felt like a mini dream vacation!
We always make a well-planned overnight stop on our trip to south each year- and this one has topped them all. The owner provides clear directions to a secure gated cottage- and then you enjoy your own little farm oasis… the goats, sheep, alpacas, mini donkeys, horses, chickens, barn cats, (I’m sure I’m missing somebody…) all happy to greet the newest guests! An animal lover’s dream. Or a nature lover’s happy place. The beds were super comfortable, and the cottage had all the needed amenities. Would highly recommend, and we will be booking again!

Perfect pit stop
Stayed at the cottage for a one night pit stop on our travels. Plenty of room for two people and two dogs. It couldn't have been more perfect for our needs.

A perfect country cottage
The Cottage at Dream Acres was exactly what we needed. The cottage was nice and clean and the decorations added to the charm. The location was peaceful and we loved the small farm feel. We will absolutely come back to The Cottage on our next trip to the area.

Hidden Gem!
Our stay was quick (in around 10pm, left around 8am) but what a fun place to stay! The futon bed was more comfortable than some beds I’ve slept in and was already made up and ready to go when we got in late. Such a great help! And the animals! There is a container of food that my boys used to feed the alpacas and goats in the morning. So adorable. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area!

Pet friendly animals to admire and feed, if you do bring a dog be sure to leash it for the safety of the farm animals and your pet. Absolutely loved my stay here.

Perfect overnight stay from NJ to FL!
Everything was described exactly as is. Checking in was so easy, and we had a long trip on the road, and Shannon was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and also such a pleasure to meet in the morning. We got to learn about the farm, feed the animals, and enjoy our morning coffee on the sweet little porch. What a precious property, very clean and spacious, and we were greeted by the friendliest barn cat! Our dogs were not bothered by the cat at all (which was surprising to us!). We would definitely stay here again on a roundtrip down south. Very convenient and only 5 minutes off of 95.

The only thing I don't remember reading perhaps I just didn't notice is that the bed would be a futon. If that matters to anyone I suggest not to stay. We made it work. The owners were super people...

Peaceful
We had very peaceful and relaxing stay over our long week. The space was well laid out and very clean. We had the friendliest cat that greeted us at the porch. It was perfectly located for our weekend at Darlington raceway. Thank you for being wonderful hosts.
