“I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room……

“The staff is super polite and were very flexible with prepping for my wedding. The hotel is cute and they keep it very clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good and had a beautiful view. It was at a walking distance from everything in the zona colonial and in a quiet safe area. The doors are locked at night for extra safety too. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay while exploring the beautiful Santo Domingo.”
