「We chose Stay USA because of the amenities. The pool, hit tub and breakfast. The pool was down and the breakfast had very little choices. No eggs, just sausage gravy and biscuits for only protein. No juices, they were out. Did not taste good. The room smelled of body odor, the AC didn't work so room was hot all night. The bathtub didn't drain. The moisture fan in bathroom didn't work. We almost left without refund. Don't recommend staying anywhere in Hot Springs SD.」

「Room was not clean at all, hair on the bed, unknown dried liquid in the shower that came off with a washcloth and some water, soda can rings on end tables, dirty fridge. The housekeepers were Dawn M and Tamara, I think the head houskeeper needs to speak to both of them…. Will not stay here again」

「The room was clean and we enjoyed a good breakfast with plenty of options. We had an early afternoon and I spent an hour in a very lovely indoor pool. The hotel is close to Custer State Park and within an hour of Keystone and 10 minutes from Crazy Horse Memorial.」
