“There were Several Maintenance issues at this hotel. Also, I believed that the maid service was to be daily in a hotel that cost $300+ per night. The management did not even try to be helpful in resolution of the problems. What they pointed out was that the original description of the maid service were clearly pointed out in the hotel info during booking. In retrospect it was buried deeply in the hotel writeup. “I suggested our extended family members plan to stay at the same hotel for the weekend to celebrate an NDSU graduation. I reserved a two bedroom suite as a base camp for everyone. We were very disappointed. Our room was hot and smelly. Previous patrons were not clean or considerate with the space and the hotel also did not clean up well enough after them. “The pool was filthy. The coffee curdles. The room coffee maker missing pieces. The breakfast 'eggs' were still in liquid form. Lots of maintenance items and empty boxes throughout hotel. Holes in all surfaces...in all areas. ”
