「The property was close to where I wanted to visit, which was New Germany State Park. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. The staff was friendly. What I didn't like was that the flood lights they use for the parking lot were almost impossible to keep out of the room, even with the black out curtains and the paint scheme that the corporate people have chosen is drab and boring. Next time I will ask for a room in the back side of the facility. 」

「This was a perfect location to visit the Laurel Highlands. It was so easy to get to and then get around. The resort was undergoing renovations and we couldn't see everything but we would definitely go back and stay at this unit. The setting was so quiet and tranquil, what a treat!」

「I’d rate this place a 4.95 stars. Ohiopyle is an outdoorsy area and The Cole is a perfect place for those who like adventure. The kitchen was perfectly sized and equipped for preparing our meals whether eating in or eating out. The dining table was great for pouring over maps or sipping coffee. The unit was spacious. It’s located next to a farm-to-table restaurant and in front of a laundromat. The only reason it didn’t earn a perfect 5 is because the AC smelled moldy and the beds were a little...
