"All the staff at the hotel that we had encountered were amazing. Friendly, and very helpful. We were upgraded to a suit as our room was not ready upon arriving. Great room, great lobby. Breakfast was great. Hotel is in a good location. Would highly recommend. "

"Shower heads definitely need an upgrade. The room temperature is hot so have to turn the air on in the winter. Besides that it was great, clean and breakfast was good."

"Property is quite warn, seemingly long overdue for a face lift. Ie: laminate was peeling off the doors. Priced well over its value. Confusing layout makes it difficult to get around; would not be very friendly if you have accessibility issues. "

"The host was attentive and responsive - a Christmas tree was setup for our winter stay and questions upon arrival were answered within minutes! The location was perfect, close to everything including a trail where we could walk the dog. A fenced in backyard was also great for the dog and the views were spectacular from the upstairs deck. "

"There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!"

"We had to extend our stay. The home owner was so accommodating which took a lot of stress out of a difficult situation. We will definitely be back in the future. Plus the views are stunning. Definitely recommend staying here :). "
