“Thank you so much Elaf Al Taqwa, I satyed in the Junior suite and it was fabulous. The view was divine, the space in the room was massive, everything I needed was there. The staff were amazing, even concierge and porters spoke excellent English and were very helpful. I could have booked hotels on the other side where there are more shop options and closer to the Women’s entry, but I am glad I booked this hotel which is closer to the Rawdah of the Prophet ASWS which I needed to be close to.……

“I don’t know where to begin, but my stay at Jayden Hotel in Madinah was truly wonderful. I stayed for eight nights, and breakfast was included in my booking. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely gesture and a refreshing glass of apple juice. Throughout the stay, the service exceeded our expectations in every way.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit……

“The hotel is perfectly located with great access to The Prophet's Mosque, dining options and shops.
What stood out most was how accommodating and welcoming the reception staff were. We arrived a little earlier than expected for our check in time after an overnight flight. However they did everything they could to provide us with a room and check in early so that we could freshen up and make the most of our first day.
