Der Aufenthalt war verbesserungswürdig bzgl. Unterkunft, Abwicklung & Kommunikation. Das Haus ist zwar recht neuwertig; dennoch fehlen grundlegende Dinge bzw. wurden auch nach Reklamation über die ganze Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Diese Unterkunft werden wir nicht mehr buchen.

Die Kommunikation ist eine Katastrophe; reklamierte Punkte/Mängel wurden über die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Das Haus ist zwar recht neuwertig; dennoch fehlen grundlegende Punkte. Beide Schlafzimmer sind so klein dass kein Schrank, Kommode etc noch Platz darin hat - so mussten wir den gesamten Aufenthalt "aus dem Koffer" leben - und diese ständig umräumen damit wir uns in diesen Zimmern überhaupt bewegen konnten. Im Bad ist keine einzige Steckdose vorhanden; Fönen der Haare nur im Flur oder Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer möglich, ebenso die Rasur mit dem elektrischen Rasierer. Auch ist keine einzige Ablage/Regalbrett oder ähnliches im Bad wo der Kulturbeutel abgestellt werden konnte; die 2 geklebeten Wandhaken haben sich während des Aufenthalts gelöst; repariert nach Mängelanzeige wurden diese jedoch nicht. Ausserdem heizt sich das Haus zum Abend hin durch die Sonneneinstrahlung stark auf; wir hatten Temperaturen über 32 ° und lediglich einen Ventilator für die ganze Unterkunft. Das Aufheizen lässt sich nicht verhindern da für die "oberen" Fenster keine Jalousien, Vorhänge oder Rollo's vorhanden sind und somit die Sonne ungehindert den Raum stark aufheizt. Fenster-/Türen öffnen bringt da nicht viel da durch die Sonne die Luft draussen fast genauso warm war. Die Komunikation mit einem KI-gestützten "GuestButler" über Whatsapp war die Krönung des Übels. Neben falschen Angaben zur Ausstattung der Liegenschaft hat diese von Menschen programmierte Maschine uns stehts hingehalten, die Probleme aber nicht zur Lösung gebracht. Für uns die Erfahrung diesen Anbieter künftig eher zu meiden.
