「convenient location, easily accessible by MTR, spacious room, free afternoon tea, friendly staff, large shopping mall nearby」

「I specifically requested a room for an adult and two children, and the staff wouldn’t arrange a two bed room for us even they have room available. One of the cleaning ladies on 13th floor has some temper issues and kept talking loud to the other staff. Come on,,,, I don’t need to know your private matters.」
