到着日は６時がチェックイン期限だということで５時前から何度も電話があり(取れなかったので)、翌朝は11時までにチェックアウトだけど、フロントは11時前まで閉鎖されていて、チェックアウトできず。支払いは到着時のはずが、到着時には既にチャージ済みだと領収書を渡され。安いけど、それなりの不可解な対応でした。

Gutes kleineres Hotel mit super Frühstück

Kleines nettes Hotel mit 15 Zimmern über 3 Etagen. Zentral gelegen. Zum Centrum 10 Gehminuten. Kostenfreie Parkplätze ca. 5 min. entfernt. (Kein Problem). Sehr nettes Personal. Wir kommen wieder!!!!

Die Räume waren sauber, das Personal sehr nett. Das einzige was war, man hörte immer die Nachbarräume und auch wenn eine Tür bisschen fester zugemacht wurde. Ist aber nicht so schlimm.

Hübsches Hotel unweit vom Strand

Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage in Strandnähe gefallen (10-15 Gehminuten). Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist teilweise erneuert worden, jedoch könnte es ingesamt gepflegter sein. Unser Badezimmer war alt und die Duschkabine undicht, daher sollten hier auch mal die sanitären Anlagen/ Badezimmer saniert werden. Ansonsten war das Zimmer hell und freundlich eingerichtet und mit einem schönen Balkon ausgestattet. Das Haus an sich ist eine schöne alte Stadtvilla. In 10 Minuten erreicht man auch die Tram in Richtung Den Haag Zentrum (ungefähr 15 Minuten Fahrzeit). Scheveningen und die Strandpromenade sind schön angelegt und sowohl von Familien, als auch jungem/älterem Publikum besucht. Freizeitmäßig ist dort für alle Altersgruppen etwas geboten. Der Strand ist sehr sauber.

We were put in a family room, since we asked for 2 separate beds....it was actually 2 rooms, very large and beautiful with high ceilings, excellent bathroom and a nice balcony (although it could have been cleaner) We did not have breakfast, but it smelled and looked tempting. Reception, while friendly and helpful, does not remain on the property, which could be an issue for some. We were sent an email providing us instructions if we were to arrive after they left (around 7pm); however, it was sent the same afternoon of our arrival and if we hadn't been able to enter the building, we wouldn't have been able to connect to the wifi and we wouldn't have received the email without some frustration and difficulties.

Comfortable accomondation to moderate price

Check in was ok. Breakfast not included. Lack in English language by service staff. Nice, small hotel central to beach an DenHaag. Not very quiet für architecture of building. Some noices from other rooms beside and above (kids). But is was overall a good time. Good public transportation near by.

Hotel op loopafstand van centrum. Helaas was de boiler al enige tijd kapot zodat alle gasten het zonder warm water moesten stellen. De ontbijtruimte is klein en bied niet voldoende ruimte aan de aanwezige gasten.

Leuk hotel dichtbij boulevard.

Hotelkamer gezellig, lekkere zachte bedden. Schoon, fris eenvoudig! In 10 minuten bij boulevard. Vriendelijk geholpen! Tip om auto gratis te parkeren is erg aardig (o.k. wel 10 minuten van hotel parkeren, maar toch…!) Het hotel is wel gehorig, voetstappen van de bovenburen waren duidelijk hoorbaar. Wij vonden dat niet erg, maar doe anders oordoppen in! ;-)

Kleines Hotel mit dem Charme und manchmal auch mit der Ausstattung der Zwischenkriegszeit. Trotz der einfachen Ausstattung infolge der sehr guten Lage noch preiswert. Freundliches Personal.

Don't book here, they won't let you in.

I never got to stay in this hotel. I arrived at 17.40 to find a note on the door stating that check in was open till 19.00 but the hotel was closed. There was a phone number on the door to ring for guests to 'check in'. I only got an answering machine and left a message. There was also an intercom which I used and also a different telephone number on my booking form. Both only put me through to the same answering machine. I tried all for about 30 minutes before leaving to find another hotel. Once booked in, I went back to the Corel but it was still the same and four days later, still no contact from the hotel.

Great value. Great location.

Great value! The hotel was only a 7 minute walk to the beach and a quick 10-15 minute tram to downtown Den Haag. The bus and tram stops are within 1-2 mins by foot! The only issue was that the heater was not very efficient and the room was a little cold at night.

Good Budget Hotel in Den Haag

We stayed here at low season winter time so there was really only one staff member to be found.She forgot to do our room on the first day and apologised profusely. The room was clean, pleasant and warm, but soundproofing was poor so we could hear people in the next room. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room which we appreciated.We chose not to have breakfast there as it looked rather unimaginative for the price. The hotel is in a lovely area near the sea with good local shops and restaurants, and only a 10 minute tram ride from the centre of Den Haag. It was good value if you are on a budget.

Я жил с 02.01.2015-17.01.2015. Хороший отель. Чистый и тихий. Отличный персонал. Все сотрудники владеет русским языком. Всегда старается в чем то помочь. то есть доброжелательные люди. Единственный не удобный момент иногда днем reception не работает и соответственно внизу зал бывает закрытым. Очень близко к берегу Северного моря. Следующий раз постараюсь там оставаться.
