“The cleanliness of the room and the towel were not good.”

“I thought that the room was super cute. And in a great location. The staff was super helpful when I reached out to them to understand the check in process more. I did miss actually talking to people and felt a little more stressed having to wait for a message through Expedia about the room number and check in but I was glad that when I reached out to the staff right away the said that I would receive the room number and code an hour before check in. “When I arrived in my room after check-in, the first thing I did was check the sheets. Both beds had stained sheets. The front desk employee apologized and gave me another one. I checked those, they were both dirty. I went back to the man at the desk and he went looking for a clean room, which took another 20 mins. “Great breakfast, though it was recently "renovated" when it went to the Baymont branding there were no noticeable changes and its still very tired. Staff did not handle checkin for our large group well and as of now still has not been able to resolve the issues.”
