"I do not recommend paying for the breakfast. Other than that everything was amazing Stayed in phase 3 very beautiful but my kids loved being at phase 1 pool. I will book again and want to stay at phase 1 but i just hope the rooms are as beautiful as phase 3"

"The main downfall was the check-in process and not knowing everything was through a property manager. Add on fees were ridiculous! And NO housekeeping whatsoever during our stay! Didn’t realize it was through Casago. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT book through Casago!"

"The property pools etc excellent. Condominium not so great. Definitely time for furniture replacement. The bed dripped in the center. The living room blind was falling off the track making it very difficult to open or close. The main sofa sitting furniture was heavily soiled and we had to cover it in order to feel comfortable sitting on it….No blackout blind on the bedroom window which allowed the bright outside lights to shine full force directly into the bedroom all night. The Tuscan furniture was nice, but it was apparent that the owner was dumping other furniture in that didn’t match anything and only junked up the common area. The High outside celebration noise should have been better controlled by security during late evening sleeping hours. Not a great visit this time to Rocky Point."

"Condo was excellent, clean, renovated and comfortable for six of us. The pull out couch has its own area and plenty of space to hangout. The staff at the resort were helpful and friendly. we were able to get daily cleaning/supplies as needed. Jan and Roger were amazing hosts with great responsive communications with any questions we had come up throughout our stay. We Would stay here again and highly recommend for groups/ families. We had a blast at the pool, swimming in the ocean, golfing and loved the accommodations. Thank you! "
