「Excelentes instalaciones y servicio」

「Excelente!」

「The hotel has a great environment, beautiful scenery, a beautiful swimming pool, and delicious food in the restaurant. I like this hotel very much. I will choose it again next time I have the chance.」

「The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall. However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. 「Todo de maravilla」

「Excelente atención por parte de anfitrión, como extranjeros llegamos con dudas pero amablemente nos apoyaron y nuestra estancia fue más que cómoda!! Super recomendable」

「Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with great conversations of life experiences with Frank. Would definitely stay again and enjoy a good wine next time. thank you Frank.」

「The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again.」

「En terminos generales, excelente」

「Did not stay - the room was dusty and lots of humidity. Allergies acted up a soon as we walked in」

「Excellent service and amenities! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was good overall. Some restaurants were a hit or miss, but there was always something available that you could find and enjoy. Overall, we had a great experience and an enjoyable stay!」

「It’s a budget hotel with no amenities. However what is lacking in luxury is far outweighed by the awesome staff there. It’s very safe and right in town. 」
