"Hotel was in a great location near shipping on Michigan Avenue and within a short walk of Maggie Daly Park. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and find it to be an excellent place to get away for the weekend."

"A/C wasn’t all that cold or powerful but was to be expected in an old building. Very clean, staff was friendly, and it’s a great location across from Grant Park. Beautiful, old building!!!"

"Our family had 3 rooms in VIP area. Murriell was our assistant when we checked in and she was super observant! She recommended the upgrade and we accepted. That made our stay the best!! A great family area to enjoy time together! She sent us a special note and gift! What a wonder person! The hotel was the best location too. We enjoyed the hotel and our trip very much! Thank you for Murriell for bringing joy!!"

"Hotel agradável, equipe atenciosa, bem localizado, especialmente se o passeio envolver crianças, o quarto era um pouco apertado, mas nada que desabonasse o hotel, mas 3 detalhes foram negativos: (1) sem geladeira no quarto, que, por sua vez, tive que pedir 2x e nos enviaram uma geladeira que não funcionou (o que só percebemos no dia seguinte - 3º da viagem) e só depois arrumaram; (2) embora a reserva fosse para 3, nos deram apenas 2 tolhas, adicionando a terceira após a segunda solicitação na recepção; e (3) a limpeza do quarto ocorre apenas a pedido, descobrindo isso apenas no terceiro dia. "
