「Very clean and comfortable hotel room with a lovely bathroom. Maid and towel service were impeccable Breakfast was beautifully served. The staff were extraordinary. Our breakfast server provided some of the best suggestions for things to see and do in the area. The desk clerk made us dinner reservations the night we arrived. 「The hotel décor is good, very clean and comfortable. Staffs are excellent, friendly and patient. Breakfast is good. Hotel is next to St Lazard station, convenience to take train and metro. Unfortunately the shower room has no curtain, after shower, especially washing hair, toilet is all wet. If this is not improved, I don't think I will stay again as shower is very important after a long day without taking care of watering on the floor.」

「Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful.」
