“ I am embarrassed that I did not get the gentleman’s name at the front desk but he was amazing. So extremely polite and helpful. I appreciated being welcomed in right when the doors were open. He was so quick to assist with all my questions and patient with explaining things to me. The hotel wa extremely clean and I loved my room, super spacious and for a great rate!!! Thank you to the staff in Jonesboro for your commitment to excellent service and hospitality!! ”

“I don’t usually leave reviews and we visit this location quite a bit and stay at another hotel but thought I would try Hampton Inn out,Sherri at front desk was awesome, she changed our room after I told her about not sleeping well at all in the bed that we had the first night, she was the one who also prepared the breakfast that morning, which my husband said was one of the best breakfast he had had in the places we had stayed in.Thank you again Sherri ”
